When they came to the city.They did not find work and started living without  work. But food is eaten as before , before when they were working hard , which leads to weight gain and start illness (specially in urban areas women donot work and stay at home. Easpacially in our urban area 60% of people are come from village.)There fore we need to control food. Eating healthy food by calculating calories and exercising daily is good for healthy.
