Physical
exercise is essential for overall health, enhancing fitness, regulating weight,
and improving bone density and muscle strength, Regular activity reduces the
risk of diseases, promotes longevity, and enhances quality of life. Even
moderate exercise, like walking or gardening, can significantly lower mortality
rates and boost overall well-being.
Exercise is vital for maintaining fitness and

activity weekly can significantly reduce health risks. Even small amounts of
