 Healthy lifestyle means eating a balanced diet , getting regular exercise , avoiding tobacco and drunks and getting plenty of rest . Our bodies are like one machine so that require a balance of protein , carbohydrates , fat vitamins ,minerals and water to stay in goof working order.

Balance diet - A balanced diet means eating only as many calories as you use during the day any excess will be stored as fat if you eat more then you burn off.

If joints and muscles are to be kept in good , you need working , you need regular exercise if we stop walking if we stop exercise then stop working . so must important is staying active. If you  eat fresh food and if you difficult to work out then you can open your favourite music and start stretching this is also same to exercise and very easy but stretching very good to our all body so every day our walk/running / gym /play game before we need to start 15 minute stretching then safe our body.

 

Modern Lifestyle – We see day by day new -new advance technology change in our social norms so our lifestyle has change significantly . It has made our life easier and more comfortable. Then break traditions barriers. So we work online home from any where worldwide . It give us safety, security free health care , healthy food, internet, job , online  business , amazing good transportation etc.  

New advance technology build our modern lifestyle but didn’t build our health so if we like modern lifestyle then we need to choose healthy lifestyle  after we will be success .


If we choose healthy lifestyle then more - more benefit to us 

 Healthy lifestyle make people healthy we need eat right food , physical , taking a yoga class online , lifting weight at the gym, or simple walking running ,play any game, you can join any type of work which is possible to you ?

Example — some time i cook breakfast in my home so that time I will make breakfast then I will clean my all room , kitchen , bathroom , and garden ,gate area etc. so that time I will think this is not my work this is my physical so I will work hard.

must be care mental health, meditation , playing with your pet. How to relax to you. When finish our work our time then we need bathing and take rest. But never sleep more ,must people know that eating better is good for your body but it can be just a helpful for your mind. Physical exercise has also been found to improve your mood and live a happier. Healthy lifestyle in valves many aspect of your life how you eat , how you move your body , how you engage, how you cook healthy food ,how to dieting , how to fasting , then we will make big plan then will be success and our life will be success . We need maintaining our health with good eating habits and physical activities whenever we manage to fit it in. But is that even though to be considered health. If you able to maintain a healthy weight (a BMI of 18–25 ) or are you successfully losing weight to attain a healthy weight .

Example — we are working Seychelles now. Our during our 5 years no body health problems because our all team join 1.5 hours work out daily and control to eat. But my wife more problem to my house she didn’t like work out so. She it more medicine , she is 45 now , i am 48 but no any health problem.

If you no sleep night time if you have any other problems which is not solve your medicine never mine you need must be join work our and start hard work in your house then you will fresh and solve your problem but never be issue ? Do you smoking , do you eat fruit / vegetable daily , do you join exercise 30 minute daily/, our health is every thing so if you are unhealthy then world is nothing . Every one know smoking is bad for your health .if you are one of the lucky once who never become addicted to nicotine.

 


Every one like healthy but they did not care small thing so difficult to them. If you have more time then give one hour for your exercise and that time if you difficult ,if you bore, if panning your body then you can start stretching before walk and choose difference area which is good for you. Before stretching make you more active and when you walk new area and slowly- slowly one month after your habit will be change then if you not join your exercise then feeline not good. And you like walk daily.

Healthy life style means adopt healthy habit quit bad habits

Healthy life style make modern life style modern lifestyle make balance lifestyle and balance life style make success life style. Balance lifestyle increase your business , make you educated, make you heathy , make you politically excellent .make you phisically excellent. So balance lifestyle is excellent lifestyle in the world.

If you have vision plan agenda in your future then you will be more active and you choose healthy lifestyle because with out healthy not possible to success that plan. and If have plan in your future then you need must be need improve your education ,you need must be improve your business and you need must be improve  your health then only you will success . So money , education (knowledge ) and health are back bone of our success life.

Healthy body – if you maintain your physical fitness, eating healthy habit , balance diet daily then your body will be healthy . Healthy body contributes to the prevention or better management of physically illness.

A healthy person should follow this mater

·        Low risk of heart disease

·        Low cholesterol

·        Low blood pressure

·        Low risk of diabetes

·        Manage weight

·        Check BMI 

   Healthy Ageing – Every one like to live a long life and healthy life so it is our health exam also. But there environment in which we live can favour health or be harmful to it . The process of developing and maintaining  the function ability that enables well being in older age.

Example -We see some 70 year – olds have level of physical and mental capacity if we compare favourably with 40 years olds. Other same age may require extensive care and support for basic activities like they are small  child so they need help  dressing eating every time.

Old Age -we know we are old but our life still not finish so we need to show nice profomens to our family so need leave all bat habit before old.

If you work out regularly then not only live longer , your life better then other.  So regular exercise , healthy diet, going to doctor regularly and taking care of your mental health etc.

By giving Yourself enough time to accomplish important tasks, you can avoid the rush and pressure that often lead to stress. Taking a more mindful and organized approach helps you stay focused and calm, ultimately leading to better productivity and well-being.

Sleep well - Getting enough sleep is essential for managing stress and maintaining overall health. Aim for seven to nine hours of quality sleep each night to allow your body and mind to recharge. Regular physical activity during the day can improve sleep quality and help fight insomnia. Establishing a consistent bedtime routine and creating a relaxing sleep environment can also promote better rest.

Let worry go - Letting go of worry is vital for worry is vital for reducing stress. Remind yourself that it’s okay if not everything gets done perfectly or on time.
